Also, please be aware that there are days when it is not a good idea to send plants in the back of a delivery van as it would be too hot or too cold for them. We care a great deal about our plants and would rather delay sending them to ensure that they reach you in the best possible condition. We hope you share our feelings on this.
Back orders are sometimes needed due to some plants only being available at certain times of year.
Our plants are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. A photograph is always very helpful in identifying any problem. We will do our very best to offer advice and if need be, refund or replace an item. However, please do ensure that you follow the plant guidelines sent out with the order and do your part in protecting plants from rampaging slugs and snails, football games and playful dogs and cats!

We take the best possible care to ensure that the right plants reach you in tip top condition. We are confident that your order will reach you in great condition. However, if for any reason you are concerned about any the plants you have received please contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do bear in mind the time of year and the type of plant you have purchased. All herbaceous perennials and deciduous ferns will go through some period of dormancy (not just Winter dormancy), and we will have checked that the plant is in good shape before its leaves the nursery. This may also mean that at certain times of the year stems may have been reduced so that the plant can be packed safely or as part of our routine nursery husbandry. If you are concerned that your order has sustained damage in transit please contact us within 24 hours of taking delivery of your parcel.
If you refuse delivery of an order we reserve the right to refund 10% of the order value as a restocking charge as well as the shipping charge.
