Calamagrostis brachytricha or Korean feather reed grass is a really easy plant to own. It’s one of those that adheres to the words of Monty Don in that all you need to do is stick it in the ground the right way up and it will grow. As long as this beauty is watered and isn’t in deep shade then you’ll get plenty of joy from it.
It’s another grand looking grass that adds a great sense of movement to your beds swaying delicately with delicate flowers on tall panicles. Again this is the first year that we’ve grown this grass so there are no decent photographs but we expect great things.
